Pinterest Night

What's a girl suppose to do during a Saturday night while everyone else is busy? PINTEREST! :)
I make these insanely easy, quick, and healthy preparation for my healthy meals in the next upcoming week.  This keeps me on track for better choices and it just makes my life simple.

A friend of mine, Ashley, posted once about having "Hard Boil Eggs in the Oven". There is no special reason as to way it is cook in the oven. However; since she is a mom, she finds that this is a more safe and easier way for her to prepare. So, I gave it try and loved the results!

What you will need:
  • Organic Eggs (farmer's market is where I found mine)
  • Muffin cup pan

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place one egg into each muffin cup.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Plunged baked eggs in a large bowl filled with ice water until completely cool.
  • Peel.

Next, are smoothies! WooHoo! Honestly, in the morning I am 'on-the-go' and a smoothie is the perfect thing to whip up quickly with all my nutrients to start the day!

What you will need:
  • Yogurt of your choice (I sometimes use Greek or vanilla flavor)
  • Fresh OR frozen fruit of your choice (this time, I used mixed berries from Sprouts)
  • Muffin cup pan
  • cling wrap (made by Glad)
Directions:
  • Fill your muffin cups 3/4 full of yogurt.
  • Add and slightly press the fruit on top of the yogurt.
  • Cover with cling wrap and place into freezer overnight.
  • In the morning, simply flip the pan over and press on the bottom of the pan. Your yogurt cup will fall right out! :)
  • Place yogurt cups into a zip-lock bag and place back into freezer.

When you're making your smoothies all you need is your milk, frozen yogurt cup(filled with fruit), protein powder, and even your greens!

Simple, easy, and healthy!
Enjoy friends!
